Time and Attendance Data Collection
Our Time and Attendance Software can
provide many
data collection interfaces for collecting time and attendance data,
including:
Time Clocks
We offer magnetic stripe, bar-code, and HID, Kronos and Wiegand Proximity readers. A variety of communications options are possible, including Ethernet, RS232, RS485, and modem. You can deploy these time clocks in either an online mode, where they are connected to your network, or the transactions can be stored off-line when the server or network is down. |
Time clocks can conveniently record start and end times with a simple swipe of the badge.
Touch Screens
Touch screens provide a simple, convenient method of time entry. . Used in conjunction with scanners, you can collect information just as easily as a time clock without deploying special equipment. In addition, touch screen technology allows for a more "modern" experience for your employees than a wall mounted time clock. |
Magnetic Stripe Reader
Manual Swipe Magnetic Card Reader/Writer is designed to offer a card reading/writing solution for ISO 7811-6 formats. It reads and writes up to 3 tracks of data, e.g. decoding/encoding and verifying up to 3 tracks of data simultaneously. Also, the Reader/Writer provides a standard RS-232 interface to communicate with a host system or other terminal computers. |
In addition, we are committed to develop interfaces for our customer's existing data collection equipment. Touch-tone telephone, fax, and email are possible avenues of development depending on customer needs. For more information on custom interfaces, please contact us. |
